I have ordered from these fine folks previously and have had great service and an excellent product. The acrylic desk plate I ordered was delivered absolutely beautiful. It started with a beautiful proof, seeking my approval, followed by delivery of the product. The only problem came with the two (2) month delivery time. Somehow my confirmed order got lost and until my email inquiry, I had not heard anything. Following my inquiry, things started happening. The desk plate is perfect in every way. However, I missed a very important delivery date.
